Order Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch:
You can cancel your order before dispatch. Simply contact our Customer Care at 18002586618 or email care@dylect.in with your Order ID.
After Dispatch:
Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted. However, you may refuse to accept the product at the time of Delivery and refund will be processed within 7-10 days.
Refund for Cancelled Orders:
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3 working days and will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
